All items listed in our shop are in stock. Although your order will often be despatched the same day, or more likely the following day, we ask that you allow a few days for us to despatch to you, because occasionally it may take a day or two longer for us to despatch your order.

All shipping to Europe is FREE for all orders over £19.97 in value, and £2.15 (UK), £2.50 (Europe) for orders upto £19.97 in value. Shipping to destinations outside Europe is charged as a flat fee of £2.50.

Returns Policy: You have the right to cancel an order within seven days of purchase or within seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). Should you wish to cancel your purchase within seven days, please contact us. Providing that unwanted goods are received back to us in unused and resaleable condition within seven days of delivery, we will refund the full payment you made for the goods (including any postage costs included in your order), minus (i) the amount it cost us to post the item to you, and (ii) other processing costs incurred by us up to a maximum of 25p.

Orders placed by credit or debit card from this web site will be refunded directly to your credit or debit card. Orders placed by other means will be refunded by cheque. These refunds will be made as soon as we receive the goods in appropriate condition.

We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged during transit - you are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage. You are also advised to ask for proof of purchase when you post goods back to us, so that you can make a claim should the parcel go astray. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to give us your name and address when returning goods. The cost of returning goods will be borne by you.

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged/wrong goods, please notify within 7 days of receipt and goods will be redispatched on return of faulty items, & full payment refund will be made to you, plus any postage costs incurred by you in returning the defective item to us will be refunded to you.
